1.Product Introduction
Water-based epoxy repair mortar is a three-component, epoxy-modified cement-based, thixotropic microfine mortar. By A plus B composed of water-based epoxy system, added to the cement, sand and other varieties of fillers, additives composed of powder, its adhesion, folding, crack resistance, freeze-thaw resistance, wear-resistant performance than ordinary cement mortar has been greatly enhanced, suitable for different concrete works surface, cracks, holes, honeycomb defects repair, and the original concrete structure to form a one-piece and good durability of the repair layer, to restore and prolong the use of the concrete works. It can be used to restore and prolong the function of concrete works.

3.Product Characteristics 
As the epoxy resin is water-based, it can be made into mortar for different purposes by cooperating with powder.
Good bonding performance with concrete substrate.

5. Construction Process 
Cleaning: Clean the surface of substrate and spray wet with water.
Mixing: Before mixing, shake component A to make it uniform, then pour it into the container of component B and mix it well; according to A:B:C=1:1:14, pour the mixed (A+B) into a suitable container (capacity of about 20L), and then add component C slowly while mixing, and mix it for about 3 minutes until it is well mixed.
Construction: When repairing the construction, one scraping should not be too thick, and the construction can be divided into several batches.
Time of use: the ingredients should not be too much at one time, and the mixed materials should be used up within one hour.

6. Precautions 
-Smoke and fire should be strictly prohibited at the construction site.
-The construction environment should be well ventilated, no construction in windy and rainy days, and the construction temperature should be more than 0℃.
-Construction personnel should wear overalls, glasses, gloves, work at height should wear a safety belt, such as accidental splashing into the eyes, should be flushed with plenty of water, and seek medical attention.
