Product Introduction
1.Product Introduction 
Ultra-High Performance Cementitious Composites (UHPC) is an ultra-high performance cement-based composite material designed based on the theory of closest packing and is a type of Fibre Reinforced Cementitious Composites (FRCC for short).

2. Product Characteristics 
 Ordinary Portland Cement, Sulphoaluminate Cement, Silica Fume, Fly Ash, Quartz Sand, Basalt Aggregate, Water Reducer, Steel Fibers or Polymer Fibers (all marked as MAIN RAW MATERIALS, with "Main Raw Materials" highlighted).

3. UHPC Properties 
High Compressive Strength: Conventional concrete has a compressive strength of 30 to 50 MPa, while UHPC has a compressive strength of 120 to 240 MPa. 
High Tensile Strength: Conventional concrete has a tensile strength of 2.5-5 MPa, while UHPC has a tensile strength of about 10 MPa. 
Durability: UHPC maintains 100% of its properties even after 600 cycles of freezing/thawing.
Low Chloride Permeability: UHPC has less than 10% of the chloride migration rate of normal concrete.
Outstanding Abrasion Resistance: Almost twice the abrasion resistance of ordinary concrete.

5. Construction Process and Precautions 
Mixing:
UHPC should be weighed accurately in strict accordance with the requirements of the construction ratio, adopt horizontal shaft, planetary or counter-current forced mixer to mix the concrete, and adopt electronic measuring system to measure the raw materials.
Pouring:
only concrete whose properties meet the requirements of design or mix ratio can be poured into the mould, and the temperature of concrete entering the mould should be controlled at 5-30℃; the free fall height of concrete pouring should not be more than 2m; the pouring of concrete should be carried out by means of successive transfer of concrete, and the gap time should not be more than 90min, and the construction joints should not be left at will.
Vibrating:
Inserted vibrating rod, attached plate vibrator, surface plate vibrator and other vibrating equipment can be used to vibrate concrete, vibration should be avoided to collide with the template, reinforcing bars and embedded parts.
Maintenance:
the standard conditions of concrete curing for the temperature (20 ± 3) ℃, relative humidity to maintain more than 90%, time 28d; the actual project is usually taken after the concrete casting to take the mould curing as the main, watering curing as a supplement to the way, so that the surface of the concrete to keep wet, curing time of not less than 14 days, curing is divided into natural curing and heating curing of the two types.

5.Application Scenarios

Adjustable construction time, free regulation of construction time under high and low temperature conditions; no segregation, no water secretion; ultra-high compressive strength; excellent volume stability, no cracking.
UHPC Wet Joints: 
Saves construction time, no welded connections, and improves wet joint performance.
UHPC anti-abrasion material: 
Excellent bonding performance with concrete, no decrease in adhesion after long-term water immersion; similar coefficient of linear expansion with concrete, not easy to crack, good durability; dense surface layer, excellent anti-abrasion performance.
UHPC rapid repair and reinforcement: 
can achieve rapid traffic, reliable reinforcement performance, can improve the original structural load-bearing capacity.
