Product Introduction
1.Product Introduction
This product is a two-component modified epoxy resin structural adhesive, component A is dark grey paste, component B is dark brown paste. When used, A:B component can be mixed evenly according to 2:1 ratio. This product is Class I Grade A adhesive, which meets the requirements of performance indexes stipulated in GB50728, GB50367 and JTG/T J22.

2. Construction Process 
Concrete grass-roots level treatment: 
Honeycomb, pockmarked surface, cracks, etc. need to be strengthened according to requirements; grass-roots grinding and roughening treatment to ensure that the bonding surface is flat, rough, clean, dry and free of dust and oil.
Surface treatment of steel plate: 
Remove rust and polish the bonding surface to Sa2.5 level, and ensure that it is dry and free of oil before applying glue.
Gel Preparation: 
Take the glue by weight according to the ratio of A:B=2:1 and mix it well in the container. Each time the amount of glue should be controlled in the applicable period of a one-time use up is appropriate.
Coating Colloid: 
The blended colloid should be evenly coated on the bonding surface of concrete or steel plate, compacted by scraper, no air bubbles or debris mixed in. Thickness of coating 2-3mm is appropriate, slightly thicker in the middle.
Adhesive Fixed: 
steel plate and concrete surface fastening and compaction, adhesive surface should be around the appropriate amount of gel overflow, proving that the adhesive surface has been filled with gel. Anchor bolts or brackets to the steel plate pressure fixed, remove the overflow of gel.
Curing and Maintenance: 
Temperature affects the curing time of the gel, under normal circumstances, 24 hours can be removed from the temporary fixing fixture, during which there should be no external disturbance.
Effect Test: 
after the removal of the mould, with a small hammer to tap the steel plate, the sound of the bonding surface to determine the degree of compactness, can also be used ultrasonic flaw detection test.
End of Construction: 
Finish according to the design requirements.

3.Application Fields
Applicable to concrete-based coated adhesive steel reinforcement.
-Structural reinforcement of industrial and civil buildings and structures.
-Structural reinforcement of highways and bridges
-Reinforcement of other concrete components subject to dynamic and static loads.
-Low temperature environment, high temperature environment, wet surface and underwater working environment (please contact with our technical department).

4.Precautions
-Construction should be strictly in accordance with the specified proportion of the preparation of colloid, otherwise affect the due performance indicators.
-Reinforcement welding: Welding should be done before anchoring, if welding is needed, the welding point should be at least 400mm away from the anchoring point, and necessary cooling measures should be taken for the anchors when welding.
-Wet operation: the hole wall can be operated normally if it is wet, but there shall be no water accumulation.
-Specific operations should be carried out in strict accordance with our current labour protection regulations, such as wearing gloves, masks, eye protection equipment.
-If inadvertent skin or clothing contact, can be immediately with alcohol and other solvents for wiping to remove, and rinse with water.
-Accidental ingestion or splashing in the eyes, etc., should seek medical attention promptly.
