1.Product Introduction
The sealing adhesive is mainly made of polymer resin materials, combined with a variety of functional additives for production and processing, and is used by mixing two components on site. It is an A and B two-component epoxy adhesive, mainly used in conjunction with crack repair adhesive as a primer for crack sealing and base bonding during crack sealing. Its performance meets the technical requirements for Class A adhesives specified in GB 50367-2013 Code for Design of Strengthening Concrete Structures, GB 50728-2011 Technical Specification for Safety Appraisal of Engineering Structural Strengthening Materials, GB 50550-2010 Code for Construction Quality Acceptance of Building Structural Strengthening Engineering, and JTG/T J22-2008 Code for Design of Strengthening Highway Bridges.

3.Construction Process
-Crack inspection: check the crack size, number, stains, moisture and so on.
-Grass-roots treatment: use angle grinder to remove the loose layer of concrete surface, use brush, hair dryer and so on to clean up the surface dust; if there is oil and other stains, use acetone or industrial alcohol to scrub clean; if there is bright water or humidity, dry the substrate.
-Configuration of glue: take the appropriate amount of A and B components in the glue mixing container prepared in advance according to the quality ratio of A:B of 3:1, and mix well by hand or machine.
-Crack closure: Use putty knife to wipe the prepared adhesive into the cracks and flush with the substrate.
-End of construction: 12 hours after the construction is completed, the next construction work can be carried out.
