1.Product Introduction
The core of this technology is to use a penetration film-forming concrete protective material to form a protective layer on the surface of concrete that is both waterproof, freeze-thaw-proof, chlorine ion-resistant and color-adjustable. In order to make the concrete surface to get a better look and feel and longer use effect, this technology is accompanied by a thin-layer cement mortar repair technology, which can realize 3-5mm thick cement mortar repair, and the mortar surface can achieve a very good flatness.

Waterproof and anti-chlorine ion: waterproof and anti-chlorine ion erosion, can reduce more than 90% of water infiltration and more than 85% of chloride ion infiltration, greatly delaying the deterioration of concrete.
High weather resistance: after high and low temperature cycles, artificial aging and ultraviolet irradiation, the coating performance remains intact.
Strong carbonation resistance: it can greatly slow down the carbonation of concrete.
Acid and alkali salt resistance: good resistance to chemical erosion such as acid and alkali salt.
Good water vapor permeability: water vapor permeability is up to 70%.
Color Decoration: The color is optional and can decorate the concrete.
Environmental protection: water-based system, green environmental protection.
Strong adhesion to substrate: good adhesion to substrate, can be roller coated, brush coated, low temperature penetration film, very easy to construct.
Good recoatability: single-layer construction process has good recoatability.

5. Cautions
For new concrete
Paint application: can be applied by roller coating and spraying construction, it is a single layer system and needs to be painted twice to avoid colour difference.
Storage performance: the material is a two-component system, need to be stirred well before use; component A is a custom colour emulsion paint state, component B is a white emulsion.
Construction temperature: the drying time of the paint is closely related to the temperature, the surface drying time is <2h under 25℃ drying and ventilation conditions; avoid contact with water before drying, and pay attention to the weather forecast and tidal situation at the construction site.
Base surface treatment: need to remove the concrete base surface oil, floating dust, loose parts; recommended to repair concrete pores with cementitious mastic, not recommended to repair with non-water-resistant plaster.
