This product is a two-component modified epoxy resin structural adhesive, component A is dark grey paste, component B is dark brown paste. When using A:B component according to the ratio of 2:1 can be mixed evenly.

3.Precautions
-The colloid should be prepared strictly according to the specified ratio during construction, otherwise it will affect the due performance index.
-Reinforcement welding: should be welded before anchoring, if need to weld, the welding point is at least 400mm away from the anchoring point, and welding to take the necessary measures to reduce the temperature of the anchor.
-Wet operation: the hole wall can be operated normally if it is wet, but there should not be any stagnant water.
-Specific operation should be carried out in strict accordance with the current labour protection regulations in China, such as wearing gloves, masks, eye protection equipment.
-If inadvertent skin or clothing contact, can be immediately with alcohol and other solvents for wiping to remove, and rinse with water.
-In case of accidental ingestion or splashing in the eyes, etc., medical attention should be sought promptly.

4.Construction Process
-Construction Layout: According to the construction drawings, combined with the actual situation of the site, accurately and correctly mark the planting holes.
-Drilling: According to ‘Reinforcement Planting Parameter Table’, choose suitable drill bit and reach the specified depth according to the design requirements. In case of stressed steel bars, the position of the planting holes should be adjusted.
-Hole clearing: Use brush or air pump to clean up the accumulated dust and oil in the hole.
-Reinforcement (anchor bolt) treatment: reinforcement (anchor bolt) should be necessary descaling treatment, no oil.
-Glue dispensing and injection: dispense the glue according to the specified proportion, and the dispensing should not be too much each time. Injectable reinforcement adhesive, need to use the injection gun can be directly injected. It is suitable to fill the whole hole about 2/3.
-Reinforcement planting: Insert the reinforcement to be planted into the designed depth with slow rotation, pump back and forth to exclude air bubbles, so that the colloid in the hole slightly overflowing is appropriate.
-Curing and maintenance: the temperature affects the curing time of the gel, under normal circumstances, the temporary fixing fixture can be removed in 24 hours, during which there shall be no external disturbance.
-Effectiveness test: no holes, no side leakage. Can be used under the same conditions of the experimental group to do on-site pulling test. Curing 72 hours can be done on-site pulling test.

6.Transport and Storage
- This product is not toxic, flammable, explosive dangerous goods, can be transported as general chemical building materials.
- It can be stored at room temperature for 12 months.
