is a nanocrystalline material designed and synthesised based on the latest technology of Atom Transfer Radical Polymerisation (ATRP), it is a high-tech coating with super self-cleaning effect, excellent staining and weathering resistance, and super mildew and algae resistance. Through the use of sealing primer, intermediate paint and self-cleaning topcoat materials, it forms a customised self-cleaning coating system, which is especially suitable for landscape bridges, hard-to-clean components and parts with high cleanliness requirements.

3. Technical Characteristics
Excellent anti-corrosion properties: excellent chemical inertia, film resistance to acids, alkalis, salts and other chemicals and a variety of chemical solvents, to provide a protective barrier for the substrate; film tough, high surface hardness, impact resistance, anti-flexing, good abrasion resistance, excellent physical and mechanical properties.
Maintenance-free, self-cleaning: the coating surface energy is extremely low, dust can be self-cleaning through the rain, good hydrophobicity (maximum water absorption rate of less than 5%) and oil repellent, friction coefficient is small (0.15-0.17), will not stick to the dust and dirt, good antifouling.
Strong adhesion: it has excellent adhesion to copper, stainless steel and other metals, polyester, polyurethane, vinyl chloride and other plastics, cement, composite materials and other surfaces, and basically can be attached to any material.
Long weatherability: the coating contains a large number of F-C bonds, super stability, no chalking, no fading, the service life of up to 20 years, the use of performance is better than other types of coatings.

6. Construction Programme
Conventional painting: the material is carried out on the surface of conventional painting, requiring the original coating is complete, no oil and floating ash on the surface.
Hydrophobic self-cleaning cover coating: after the completion of conventional coating, coating single-component hydrophobic self-cleaning cover, high hardness, good weather resistance, fully cured is not easy to be adhered to by pollutants, extremely easy to clean up, long term durability, beautiful and generous.

7. Construction Precautions
Clean the surface of the intermediate paint with a hair dryer before application.
Use it directly after opening the lid and finish it within 24h, seal the unused part and keep it properly.
Clean up the equipment in time after painting, no visible water within 24h, and no man-made damage within one week.
