Bridge Expansion Joint Rapid Repair Mortar is a kind of early-strength ultra-high-strength, non-shrinkage, self-levelling rapid repair mortar, which is prepared with cement as cementitious material, high-strength material as aggregate, supplemented with high-efficiency water-reducing agent, cement nucleus and other substances, and belongs to the premixed ultra-early-type repair mortar.

4. Construction Instructions
-Substrate preparation
Concrete substrates: must be clean, solid, free of grease, oil, cement slurry and small poorly adhered particles.
Porcelain or glass surfaces: must be free of grease, oil and dirt.
Metal (iron and steel) surfaces: must be free of oxide, rust, grease and oil.
All absorbent substrates must be well saturated with clean water, but the substrate surface should be free of open water and small puddles before application.
Concrete substrates: must be clean, solid, free of grease, oil, cement slurry and small poorly adhered particles.

-Mixing
The recommended amount of water per packet (40kg powder) is 4.5~5kg.
Step 1: Add 70~80% of pre-weighed clean water into a clean container.
Step 2: Stir continuously while slowly adding the whole packet.
Step 3: Add the remaining water and continue mixing at low speed (max. 800rpm) for 2~4 min.
5. Packing and Storage
Packing:This product is packed in bags, the packing specification is 25kg / bag.
Storage:This product is unopened and should be stored in a dry and ventilated place. Under normal storage conditions, the shelf life is 12 months.
